At HNM – The Fashion Trends, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed

• All original tags and packaging are intact

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

• The item is damaged, defective, or wrong product received

 Returns will NOT be accepted for:

• Used or washed items

• Products without original tags

• Sale or discounted items (if marked non-returnable)

• Items damaged due to customer misuse

 How to Request a Return

• Order ID

• Product photo (if damaged/wrong item)

• Reason for return

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

 Return Process

• After approval, the product must be couriered back to our address.

• Return shipping charges may apply (depending on reason).

• Once we receive and inspect the item, refund will be processed.

 Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• For COD orders, refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

 Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless product was damaged or wrong item sent).

 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for size issues (subject to stock availability).

• Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• If replacement is unavailable, refund will be processed.

 Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Once dispatched, order cannot be cancelled.
